What do you do when you’re surrounded by the sea and an abundance of fresh, delicious New Zealand King Salmon? In 2018 I opened a cafe called Shaka Bowl, setting off the poké trend in Auckland. I expanded it to two locations and had fun doing markets, pop-ups and music festivals!
